1. Scope

This DPA applies when processing personal data of EU residents under the GDPR.

We process data only for purposes defined in the Services Agreement.

6. Data Breach Notification

We notify clients without undue delay in the event of a personal data breach affecting EU residents.

7. International Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred outside the EU to jurisdictions including the U.S., with adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
